• Minimum service fee 15% is not included, and industry average ranges 20 – 30%
• Transient fee $750. per hour to be picked-up at a different location

• 4 steps from aft deck to swim deck

CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:

• Captain’s discretion, to cancel due to incremental weather, early day of
• If the captain cancels you must select another replacement date within 1 year of the original booked date. No worries, safety is our #1 concern, and we will not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms, and imminent rain.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS Prior to Departure Date

• If the charterer provides written notice of cancellation more than 14 days prior to commencement of the charter term, owner will refund 100% of the charter fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS Prior to Departure Date

• All funds will be forfeited to owners as liquidated damages unless another charter is procured for the same date. If charterer elects to leave prior to the end of the charter term, the charterer shall not be entitled to a refund

BOARDING PROCEDURES:

• Embarks From 1 Long Wharf, Sag Harbor, NY 11963
• Download pier parking App with the first hour free and buy 5 more
• Crew assistance in unloading your car at the end of the dock
• If drinking be responsible and pre-plan a car service (no binge drinking)
• Barefoot and fancy free or wear boat shoes with light non-marking soles
