PAYMENT OPTIONS

DEPOSIT

• If the departure date is >120 days away, 50% is due at booking and 50% due by April 1
• Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days
• Once booked, the boat is taken off the market
• Changing dates is only allowed if and when we find a replacement party to take your day

• Licensed professional captain and crew

NOT INCLUDED

• Food, liquor & mixers (see food and beverage options)
• Transient fee is $300 per hour to be picked-up at a different location than Lake Park Harbor Marina

GRATUITY

• If your crew did a great job, anything extra is appreciated. Our captains divide it equally amongst the crew.
• Industry average crew tip ranges from 15-30% and is paid in cash

CANCELLATION POLICY

• CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:
• It is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel due to incremental weather the day of.
• If captain cancels you must select another replacement date within one year of original booked date.
• Safety is our #1 concern. We will not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms, or imminent rain.
• You will have the option to reschedule and receive a rain date
• We will apply your payment & you will receive that credit to sail again

CANCELLATION

• We do not offer any refund on cancellations. This is due to the yacht being taken off market as soon as it is booked.
• If you cancel a reservation up to 90 days before your sail date, we do allow a no-cost change date.
• Inclement weather as stated above is the sole reason for any cancellation.
