CANCELLATION POLICY

• CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:
  It is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel due to incremental weather the day of.
  If captain cancels you must select another replacement date within one year of original booked date.
  Safety is our #1 concern. We will not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms, or imminent rain.
• CANCELLATION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.
  If charterer provides written notice of cancellation more than 14 days prior to commencement of the charter term, owner will refund 100% of the charter fee.
• CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.
  All funds will be forfeited to owners as liquidated damages unless another charter is procured for the same date.
  If charterer elects to leave prior to the end of the charter term, the charterer shall not be entitled to a refund.
