GRATUITY

• If your crew did a great job, anything extra is appreciated. Our captains divide it equally amongst the crew.

CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:

• It is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel due to incremental weather the day of.
• If captain cancels you must select another replacement date within one year of original booked date.
• Safety is our #1 concern. We will not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms, or imminent rain.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.

• If charterer provides written notice of cancellation more than 14 days prior to commencement of the charter term, owner will refund 100% of the charter fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.

• All funds will be forfeited to owners as liquidated damages unless another charter is procured for the same date.
• If charterer elects to leave prior to the end of the charter term, the charterer shall not be entitled to a refund.
