PAYMENT: DEPOSIT

• If the departure date is >120 days away, 50% is due at booking and 50% due by April 1.
• Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days
• Once booked, the boat is taken off the market
• No-cost changing dates is only allowed if and when we find a replacement party to take your day

• Local fuel
• Licensed professional captain and crew

• Min. service fee 20% is included, however industry average is up to 30%.

• Food, liquor & mixers (see food and beverage options)
• Transient fee is $300 per hour to be picked-up at a different location than Lake Park Harbor Marina

• If your crew did a great job, anything extra is appreciated. Our captains divide it equally amongst the crew.

CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:

• It is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel due to incremental weather the day of.
• If captain cancels you must select another replacement date within one year of original booked date.
• Safety is our #1 concern. We will not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms, or imminent rain.
• If our captain decides not to set sail that day, you will have the option to reschedule and receive a rain date thru May 5, 2022.
• We will apply your payment and you will receive that credit to sail again

CANCELLATION

• Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days
• Once a client books a vessel, we notify all subsequent inquiries that the yacht is taken and unavailable
• For this reason, we do not offer any refund on cancellations.
• If you cancel a reservation up to 90 days before your sail date, we do allow a no-cost change date
• Inclement weather as stated above is the sole reason for any cancellation
